CHEC Palm Beach is seeking a dedicated Day Manager to join our team beginning in August.

Join our dynamic team as the Day Manager at Chec The Center Homeschool, where you'll lead daily operations to create an engaging, organized, and supportive learning environment for homeschooled students. Position Details:

Schedule: Tues/Thurs 9am-3pm

Location: Chec The Center 8288 Jog Rd, Boynton Beach FL 33472

Grade Levels: Elementary School

Compensation:

• $20 per hour

Duties

• Oversee daily center operations, ensuring a safe, productive, and positive environment for students and staff
• Coordinate schedules for teachers, tutors, and support staff to optimize learning sessions and activities
• Manage student attendance records, enrollment processes, and classroom logistics with precision and care
• Facilitate communication between parents, educators, and administrative teams to address needs promptly and effectively
• Support curriculum implementation by assisting teachers with resource allocation and activity planning
• Monitor health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with all regulations and best practices
• Lead daily opening and closing procedures, including facility checks and equipment setup or shutdown

Requirements

• Higher education teaching experience or background in education administration is highly desirable
• Proven experience working with students in educational settings, preferably within homeschooling or university environments
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration among staff, students, and parents
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules or unexpected situations while maintaining a positive attitude
• Passion for education and supporting student success through engaging leadership
